Don't Follow the Wave’s mission is to educate student-athletes on sports business career options that allow them to maximize their potential while pursuing their passions and impacting their community. DFTW is a free membership-based program that provides education, exposure and networking.
Our Focus
We focus on the pillars of enhancing youth in the classroom as well as outside if the classroom: Education and Career Development; Community Engagement and Social Impact; Inclusivity and Support; Inspiration and Mentorship.
AE5 Basketball Program
Created to encourage and promote high level youth development by providing educational, athletic, and personal growth. Anthony Edwards Five features teams from 1st grade and 12 grade. Anthony Edwards Five organizes and leads several community service projects annually, and celebrates a community of alums who are playing high level college basketball.
